What is the booking process?

Your bridal beauty experience begins with submitting our Wedding Inquiry Form, where we'll gather the details of your wedding day, beauty preferences, and anticipated services.
Once we receive your inquiry, we'll review your details and provide a personalized proposal outlining your requested services. To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed agreement and 50% retainer are required.
From there, we'll guide you through the next steps, including scheduling your bridal preview and coordinating the beauty timeline for your wedding day. Our goal is to make the entire process feel seamless, organized, and enjoyable from the very beginning.
How much time should we plan for hair and makeup?

We thoughtfully schedule each appointment to allow for a relaxed, personalized experience without feeling rushed.
For your wedding day, please allow approximately:

Bridal Hair & Makeup: 60 minutes per service.

We typically recommend scheduling your bridal preview approximately 2–3 months before your wedding day. This allows time to explore your desired look, discuss inspiration, and make any adjustments before the big day.
If you'd prefer to connect sooner, we're always happy to arrange an introductory phone consultation or discuss scheduling an earlier preview.
Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, comfortable, and excited about your bridal beauty experience well before you walk down the aisle.
Do you travel to the wedding location?

Absolutely! We offer on-location bridal hair and makeup services throughout Kalamazoo and the surrounding Midwest. Our team will travel directly to your getting-ready location, whether that's a private residence, hotel, wedding venue, or bridal suite.
Travel within our included service radius is complimentary. Locations beyond that radius require a travel fee, which will be outlined in your personalized proposal. Our goal is to bring the full bridal beauty experience directly to you, allowing you and your wedding party to relax and enjoy getting ready together.
